In case the Products you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Rotten’, ‘Wrong item’, ‘Expired’ or ‘Not as Described’, you can submit a return/exchange request within 24 hours and we will solve your issue within next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your request.
You can exchange the products for following reason:
- You received any rotten or damaged product.
- You received any expired product.
- You received any wrong item instead of ordered item.
For above reasons we will bear the return delivery charge.
** Any vacuum sealed item cannot be exchanged or returned after tear up the vacuum pack. Any item sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned unless you received rotten, defective or damaged products.
All items which can be resold are always eligible for exchange. Except the following –
- Food Item that have been tear up the pack.
- Products already used or cooked full or partial.
- Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/exchange as individual items.
- Product that not in original package & condition.
- Product that not have original label.
Customer will bear the return delivery charge for –
- Unable to receive the parcel from customer end.
- If any customer change mind & cancel order after the parcel is already on the way or delivered.
For Return or Exchange, please follow these steps:
? With Order ID details and problem email us at email@example.com or contact us at +880 xxxxxxx within 24 hour.
? We will confirm the exchange/return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
? Please ensure that Products is in unused and original condition. Include labels, original packing and invoice along with the Products.
Note*: in case of any exchange or return issue, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package. You have to notify us via mail or phone call and also you have to send us the product/s within 7 days.
